1) My project proposal contains a
graph and a table. I cannot insert the graph nor the table
in the template.
Answer: This is common in these
types of applications; applicants frequently use the
"Attach separate sheets if necessary" option....and in the
text field they simply write 'see attached'. This is
typical.
2) The signature of the faculty
member will be on a separate sheet of paper about one page
below the end of the project description.
Answer: We will see what we
can do about getting the signature closer to the text in
next years application cycle. We noticed this previously
but couldn't lock the text closer to the project
description for this version. However, in general terms
the signature line is at the end of the project
description; and therefore is acceptable.
3) The fields I can fill in are not
always aligned with the text (e.g. for the name, first
name fields my complete name is under last name).
Answer: We will see what we can do
about getting the text field closer to the text
descriptions in next years application cycle. We noticed
this previously but couldn't lock the text closer to the
text descriptions for this version. However, by adding
spaces at the end of an entry the applicant can line up
the next field better.
